I just got back from some stores with my mama and sis.. lol and man IT WAS SO FUN.. like usually I’m not a big store person, but today lol I loved it.. ok lemmi tell ya what happened.. I was jus walking around, bored, couse I really didn’t wanna go but ya I had to. This little 4 year old (lalo, they were Mexican) sees me with my niqaab and goes “why you dressed like that” and I said “because that’s what God said to do, I wanna be a good girl” and he goes “I’m a good boy” and I said “cool, that’s nice” and then his older brother Sammy (6) said “I thought you were a ninja” and I said “why” and he said “couse you dressed like one” and I said “really” and he said “ya, you look COOL” at this point his mom is like embarrassed and shes like “I’m so sorry” and I was like “nah its all good, I don’t mind it at all”
Then I just you know walk a way a bit.. and Lalo keeps fallowing me and talking to me and stuff. so I get into a conversation with him. ask his name hold old he is and stuff. Then him and Sammy start playing under the racks and stuff lol. So lalo is like “hey I bet you cant catch me” I was like “I bet I can” so I start chasing the two kids all around the store. Then they were like “lets get HER” and I was like lol k.. and they start chasing me. then I was like “we better go find your mama” and they said “ok” so we went and found her, then Lalo was like “lets play hide and seek” I was like “ok” so after each of us has a turn, we played “tag your it”
Then their mom was like “ok we’re going” so they were like awwwwwwww man.. lol then lalo was like “can I have your phown contact thing so I can cawwl yyou” and I just laughed and he was like “pleeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaasssse” and I was like “awwwwww” so he was like “: D that’s the magic word” and I was like “yup, *******” and he was like THANKS. (he forgot my number three seconds later so its no biggie) then their mom decides not to leave.. so we chill some more. lol
I had to go see my mom for a bit, so I told them I’d brb lol. they were like “ok but promise to come back” I was like “I promise” I guess I was a little late for them so they started looking for me lol.. So when I went back to where I left them, they weren’t there. So I was looking for them and found Sammy, and we went looking for lalo.. I saw khala amani and she points to Sammy and is like “his little brother came up to me and said ‘I know someone that dresses like you, have you seen her?’” lol.. man it was funny couse like when I saw khala amani’s kids they run to me and I give them each a BIGG HUG and stuff and the two boys were like jealous .
When we had to leave, I kept telling lalo to go stay with Sammy so he don’t get lost. And he would be like “ok ok” then two mins later he’s back next to me saying “I just wanna tell you oneee more thing then I’ll go” he did that like five times.. then finally the last time, he hid behind some racks and when we were going outa the door he jumps and says “BYE”.
mashaAllah they were so cute.. in the car my mama was like “may this be a means of dawaa for their mom and them” I was like ya inshaAllah.. I think their mom appreciated me taking them away from her while she shopped lol.. and they thought “I was a really cool ninja” lol.. but ya.. I showed them my face and they were like “you look norrrrrmaal” I was like “ermmm ya” lol man that was fun forsure.. anyway I gotta get to the dars.. khala Ghada just called AGAIN.. lol..

lool ya mashaAllah it is fun.. but ehmm it CAN get crazy. lol try going to the store in this group "me, my mom, my sister, tassnym, her mom, khala hanan, mish3al, misha3il, nouf, Abdullah, Lubna, AbdulQudoos, and a few others.. lets just say.. you start getting alot of stares.. LOL especially when around 5 of us are in niqaab (maybe more I cant remember who else was there..)
anyways inshaAllah when we get to madinah(Allahuma arzookna al 'aysha fil madina al nabweyyah) we can go shoppin together.. and our kids be chasing each other : P .. lol should add that to our list eh? lol we are but hopes and dreams..
