In general I don't talk about politics on here, or at all for the matter. I keep my thoughts and opinions to myself, except for the rare discusions I have with some people sometimes. But today I seriously couldnt help but post about this.

"Al-Timini was convicted Tuesday April 26, 2005, of exhorting his followers in the days after Sept. 11, 2001, to join the Taliban and fight U.S. troops. Al-Timimi was sentenced to life in prison by a federal judge Wednesday, July 13, 2005."

Life?? Life for supposedly saying something? subhanAllahil adheem. This is one of the first things I read this morning when I came online, and it just ruined my mood.. inna lilahi wa inna 'ilayhi raj'oon..
